  • How to Get Started?

    It’s easy! Simply click the ‘Book Free Consultation’ button anywhere on this page to schedule your complimentary introductory session. During this session, you’ll get a tour of the gym and meet our coaches.


    We’ll discuss your current fitness level and goals to determine how we can support you and see if we’re a good match for each other.

  • When Can I Expect to See Results?

    When you join CrossFit Magni, you’ll likely see improvements in your fitness level within the first 30 days. Consistency and commitment are crucial for lasting results, which is why we recommend starting with three classes per week.

  • Do You Offer Nutrition and Recovery Guidance?

    Yes! We provide guidance on proper nutrition and quality sleep to help you maximize your energy levels and get the best results from your efforts.

  • Do I Need to Be Fit to Join?

    No, you don’t! Many of our members start at a similar level to yours. We assess each new member’s fitness level and provide workouts that are universally scaled, offering versions tailored to every ability. As you progress, you can choose to take on more challenging variations of the workouts.

  • What Sets CrossFit Magni Apart from Other Gyms Nearby?

  • How Many Times a Week Should I Attend?

    If you’re a beginner, attending 2-4 times per week is enough to see results and help you ease into the routine.


    Expect some soreness, so take recovery days between sessions initially. As you progress over the coming months, aim for up to 5 days per week if you want to maximize your results.

  • How Does the Program Work?

    Our program offers exciting, challenging, and varied workouts that keep things fun! The workouts are published in advance.


    Some days are focused on strength, featuring movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasional Olympic lifts. Other days emphasize cardio and conditioning using rowers and bikes, while some sessions focus on bodyweight movements like push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Often, we mix it all together for a well-rounded challenge!

  • What Can I Expect in a Class?

    Each class is led by qualified coaches and starts with a group warm-up to activate the muscles needed for the workout.


    The coach will brief the group on the workout, demonstrate the movements, and emphasize proper form. During the workout, they’ll provide guidance and support.


    We finish each class with a cool-down to promote recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
